A visual artist with an impressive painting background.
Samuel Escobar
He is a visual artist with an impressive painting background. He was trained at the Odd Nerdrum Academy in Sweden and Norway, which allowed him to obtain certification from the Rembrandt, Rubens, and Vermeer Museum in 16th, 17th, and 18th-century techniques. In addition, he graduated with a degree in painting from the Florence Academy.
Thanks to this solid training, Escobar has created a body of work that is inspired by the aesthetics of poiesis, creating images from poetry and exploring the proximity of the concepts of hyperreality from a philosophical perspective.
Escobar's work has been recognized in prominent places in the art world such as the Louvre Museum, the Carlos de Amberes Foundation, the Prada Foundation, and the Hamptons. His work has not only conquered the world art scene but has also had a great impact on the world of collecting internationally.
